RULES FOR SECURITY

Victor Hotel reserves the right to refuse entrance or service to parties that are either: not in dress code, who appear to be intoxicated, or who are disruptive/rude to our staff members or guests.
Victor Hotel does not condone drug usage of any kind, and will seek prosecution of parties who use or distribute controlled substances on the premises.
Victor Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen property, nor is it responsible for any personal items damaged by another guest.

Victor Hotel has a very strict dress code policy.  PROPER ATTIRE IS REQUIRED.  DRESS TO IMPRESS.  Flipflops, gym shoes or sneakers, casual sandals, baseball caps, shorts, sweatshirts, tank tops, baggy jeans, cargo pants are prohibited and will be denied entry!


USE OF CLUB FACILITIES

Victor Hotel accepts reservations for dinner every evening. Dinner reservations are based on a two-hour turn.

Although our menu is available until closing, every night, our last seating for dinner on both Friday and Saturday is 1am. Parties wishing to dine late night will be on a first come, first served basis, if available.

Victor Hotel accepts reservations for dinner and table service every evening. Reservations are based on a two-hour turn.

Although our menu is available until closing, every night, our last seating for dinner on Friday is 12am and Saturday is 1am. Parties wishing to dine late night will be on a first come, first served bases, if available.

Reservations are held for 15 minutes. If the party does not arrive on time, we will move to the next party waiting unless a phone call is received. Parties that do not call, and arrive late will be offered the next available table.
All persons must be 21 years and older and must have proper identification.

• Maximum allowed file size is 3 MB.

• Offensive, sexually explicit, or copyrighted materials are prohibited. Victor Hotel reserves the right to remove files at any time without giving a notice or reason.

• Users of victorhotelchicago.com must agree to comply with all laws that apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has reported your file as abusive, we will review if the complaint is justified and we will take appropriate action. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, victorhotelchicago.com is under no obligation or liability to become involved.

• Victor Hotel is not responsible for the content uploaded by the users. If you think a file should be removed please let us know by reporting the file as abusive and we will review it as soon as possible. If your complaint is justified we will delete the file as soon as possible!

• Please report all abuses violating our TOS so that they can be dealt with promptly.

• Victor Hotel will cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.

• By uploading a file to victorhotelchicago.com you give permission for the owners of victorhotelchicago.com to publish your file in any of their projects or publications. You release all rights to the file, and give full permission to Victor Hotel and its associates to use and publish the file in anyway they wish. You will receive no money or credits for the file being used in any such way.

• As a user of victorhotelchicago.com, you agree that victorhotelchicago.com is not liable for your files or any lost business. Victor Hotel makes no claims of future liability in serving, hosting or storing your files.

• Victor Hotel reserves the rights to remove, replace or alter any files that intend to compromise the security of our server, use an excessive amount of bandwidth, or would be otherwise malignant, at any time.

• Direct linking / Hot linking of the files is forbidden. You must link to our files with the link that is provided for you to use. If Victor Hotel notices a user is trying to hotlink or abuse our site in any other way we will remove the concerning files immediately.
