"Musically there has been a void for me for many years.  It has seemed nearly impossible to find driving house tracks that still have a deep rooted soulful essence," says Rick, a production veteran with over 250 projects under his belt.  " Therefore, I felt a need to create GrassRoots in order to fill that void and revive the driving force behind House Music".

Immediately GrassRoots brings that energy to life with it's first release "Salsa Soul".  Rhis red hot floor-filler features Rick on bass, percussion, and yes, even vocals.  It's latin grooves are unmistakenly Rick Garci? raw like never before.  Side one "La Salsa" is a big room stomper while side two "Mi Cuba Linda" is sure to be another classic with its latin percussion and beautifully hypnotic Spanish guitars.
