Not a place for anyone under 21, or for sloppy dressers! This nightclub is quite strict when it comes to the rules, and you won’t get in if you are tacky or underage. For those who are allowed in, the bar is the only place where you can sit without a reservation. The crowds are more of the mature kind, so don’t expect much wild partying. However, the loud décor and the Motown music won’t let you plant yourself in your place for too long. The house special, called 13th Floor - a concoction of Belvedere Citrus Vodka and White Cranberry and Pomegranate Juices - is worth a shot. Typically a sushi bar, this place offers lip-smacking finger food such as, Seviche and Sashimi Tuna.
